Hilchot Yerushalmi Sukkah

During Sukkot, I learned more of Masechet Sukkah in the Yerushalmi.  Unfortunately, time was scarce, so I was not able to learn side by side with the Bavli.  In order to make that review easier next year, I've started to compile a Rif-style summary of the Yerushalmi.

Here is chapter 1.

I didn't proof it, so please let me know if you find any typos.

A Blessing on Making a Sukkah

Due to time constraints this year, I won't be able to get any side-by-side comparisons for Masechet Sukkah.

Just an interesting point here and there.

For example, Sukkah 1:2 in the Yerushalmi says that we are to make a brachah on making a sukkah:

אשר קדשנו במצותיו וצונו לעשות סוכה

And if one makes the sukkah for someone else:

אשר קדשנו במצותיו וצונו לעשות סוכה לשמו

It would seem to me, without doing a full search of the commentaries, that this is by the opinion of Rebbi Eliezer, that a person needs to use davka their own sukkah.  Otherwise, why would there be a need for the 2nd version of the brachah for makign someone elses sukkah?  I haven't gotten far enough in to the masechta to see if this pans out elsewhere.
